WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, tags, booklets, and labels. For clothing and accessories, all items need to be returned folded in their original condition; this means unwashed, unworn or unmodified in any way. Products returned in bad condition will not be refunded.

For toys, games, and apparel, items must be returned in the original packaging including all the assets. They need to be unused and unmodified (ex: plastic wrap closed for video games). A returned product cannot be exchanged. A refund can only be granted for products returned successfully and return criteria met.

We do not accept returns of:
* Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
* Any product(s) not in its original condition.
* Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
* Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

*Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

*Please note, customer service reserves the right to apply a restocking fee if the item is received incomplete or in bad condition.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

REFUNDING SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
